These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and Kamboja4d ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kamboja4d.cam ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with Kamboja4d, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting, eligibility for bonuses and promotions, and the use of all features and services offered through the Platform.

Kamboja4d is an online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online Banking.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed below:

Access to and use of the Kamboja4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Kamboja4d does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the Platform under any circumstances. Underage gambling is a serious concern, and we maintain strict verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You are acting as a principal and on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or agent of Kamboja4d or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform closed, suspended, or terminated by Kamboja4d for any reason.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Kamboja4d or any third-party responsible gambling registry.

To use the Platform, you must create a single Account using accurate, current, and complete information. The following requirements apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Kamboja4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to another person.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify Kamboja4d immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the Kamboja4d Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling operation.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a degree of financial risk and that past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. You accept all losses incurred through legitimate gameplay.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors in any game or system feature. Where a game error results in an obviously incorrect payout, Kamboja4d reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the original stake.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction when using the Platform.
• You acknowledge that all game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified RNG systems and that no strategy or external influence can alter the statistical outcomes of RNG-based games.

All financial transactions on the Kamboja4d Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has elected to use a supported cryptocurrency, in which case conversion rates apply at the time of transaction. The following payment-related terms govern all deposit activity:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Kamboja4d does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the relevant transaction voided. Where refund is not technically possible, the funds will be held pending further verification.

Kamboja4d does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers — including e-wallet operators and cryptocurrency networks — may apply their own fees, for which Kamboja4d bears no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawals of funds from their Account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad — front and back), and may additionally require proof of address or payment method ownership at Kamboja4d's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonus promotions are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for bonus-derived funds until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Kamboja4d reserves the right to direct withdrawals to an alternative method where necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically take 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for e-wallet methods and RM 100 for bank transfers.

Kamboja4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requests that exceed standard threshold amounts or where unusual activity patterns have been detected on the Account.

Kamboja4d offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Players may not use more than one bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Kamboja4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already in active use by Players who accepted the promotion prior to amendment.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, hedging strategies designed to minimise risk across bonus plays, or manipulation of game selection to achieve bonus conversion — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus of 2% (up to MYR 688) applies to qualifying deposits made in USDT TRC20, BTC, or ETH. The bonus is credited automatically within 5 minutes of deposit confirmation. Wagering requirements apply.
• The birthday bonus is credited to eligible Players within 24 hours of their registered birthday date. The tier-based amounts (Bronze: MYR 188, Silver: MYR 388, Gold: MYR 888, VIP: MYR 2,688) are subject to Player tier status at the time of the birthday. Valid identification confirming the Player's date of birth is required.
• The referral bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited upon the referred Player completing their first qualifying deposit. Self-referral is not permitted. Referral bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kamboja4d Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or use of the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, chip dumping in poker, or coordinated wagering in live dealer games.
• Using automated tools, software bots, artificial intelligence, or any technological means to gain an advantage over the Platform's RNG systems or live dealer games.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Players or to interfere with the Platform's systems, security, or integrity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Kamboja4d staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the Kamboja4d Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, brand identifiers, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kamboja4d or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Kamboja4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kamboja4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors;
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate gameplay on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including banking institutions and e-wallet operators;
• Any inaccuracy or incompleteness of information provided by third-party content or game providers on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Kamboja4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be an entertainment activity and must never be treated as a source of income.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined time period to restrict the amount they can lose in any single session or period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders to alert them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months, or an indefinite exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.

Kamboja4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• A Player found to be under the age of 21;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds and pending verifications) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kamboja4d is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction, and both parties hereby irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and forum.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws applicable to their use of the Platform. Kamboja4d makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Kamboja4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made to this Agreement, Kamboja4d will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. The effective date of any revision will be indicated at the top of this document. We recommend that Players review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.
